So, alot of people know this one by now.
I just thought the after picture looked like a crime scene.After adding gelatin to the beet stock, letting it freeze and then thawing it over a cheese cloth trampoline the stock is
(not as clear as this one)
The stock oxidized pretty quickly. But still tasted really good, so I put some beet noodles and goat cheese noodles.
