What was going to be Carmelized onion Ice cream (Random thought from Matt Baer) but turned into French Onion Soup Ice Cream. That When Trying to intigrate a melted or browned Swiss component to eventually became a "French Onion Soup Float".The French Onion Soup Ice Cream was topped with Warm Swiss Cheese Broth.
A puree of pear and and vanilla was served with the pork.
