It's hard to figure out how to do this blog when I'm at a restaurant doing someone else's food. (That's hard to do to)
But, I figured I'd find times to play around with something that I may or may not be working on for my own place.
Yesterday I found something.....but today when I had it in the oven for the "low and Slow" treatment, someone turned the oven up to suit their own needs. Fully knowing that there was something else in the oven. They just figured it wouldn't matter if they turned the oven up by 150 degrees when it was only on 150 degrees to begin with!!
I don't even want to tell you what this was going to be, cause it was going to be that much of a surprise when and if it worked.I feel weird taking a camera into a place where I just started working, where people don't know me and where I am doing someone else's food. So, this is a picture from my cell phone.
I'm still on the search for the best deal on the camera I want to buy, that will hopefully, someday make a return on it's investment.

That really sucks. It has to be hard switching to working for someone. And knowing full well that this would not had happened if you were in charge. I hope you find respect with the people there and are able to still be the shay i know.
